About the roles:
Choice Support are looking for an experienced Project Leaders to join our team in London, to support service leaders in delivering outstanding support.
As an enthusiastic Project Leader you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and support to the team, embedding our new model of support ensuring that we provide an excellent service to the people we support. The Project Leader posts will be responsible for several supported living services within Lewisham.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering flexible and personalised support that meets the needs and aspirations of individuals living in their own homes. In addition, you will also need to demonstrate a good all-round working knowledge of current CQC legislation and housing-related support as well as a sound knowledge of budgets and time management.
Hours:
2 full time position available (39) per week.
Location:
Working across several services based in Lewisham, London.
About you:
You will be skilled in all aspects of management and will have experience of managing staff teams. IT literacy and an ability to communicate effectively and appropriately, both verbally and in writing, is required. This will include close working and communicating with key professionals. You will also be able to demonstrate tact, sensitivity and diplomacy when liaising with the people we support and their families. The ability to work under pressure is essential.
