Purpose of the position:

As Subsea Pipeline Pre-commissioning Supervisor, you will be part of Subsea Department within our Qatar Project.

How can you support us? Here are your responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of subsea pipeline pre-commissioning operations offshore and onshore.

• Ensure mobilization, testing, and safe operation of pre-commissioning spreads.
• Coordinate with technicians, operators, mechanics, subcontractors, engineers, and client representatives.
• Monitor parameters such as pressure, flowrate, temperature, and chemical injection, ensuring accurate logging and reporting.
• Verify readiness of equipment, consumables, and chemicals for each activity.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with PTW, HSE regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare onsite operational reports and compile dossiers including test records, calibration certificates, and reports.
• Report progress, deviations, and propose solutions to pre-commissioning engineers.
• Lead troubleshooting during anomalies or equipment issues.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Offshore, or Pipeline Engineering (or equivalent).
• Background: Minimum 8 years of offshore pipeline pre-commissioning experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Languages: Strong communication skills in English.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of DNV-ST-F101, API standards, and other relevant international codes.
  • Strong technical understanding of pre-commissioning equipment (suction pumps, flooding pumps, chemical injection units, compressors, air dryers).
  • Proven ability to manage large teams (30+ personnel) during pre-commissioning phases.
  • Familiarity with QE LNG project specifications and offshore operating practices highly preferred.
