Do you want to play a key role in delivering the future of combat air for the UK RAF? As a Lead Project Manager within our GCAP IPT, you will be at the centre of ensuring a blanaced and managed programme for our UK National Contract. Based in Luton, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation, while shaping the future of our support strategy.

What you will do as Lead PM - FCAS AP National:
- Lead the cross-functional FCAS AP National Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring effective management of common topics for the Programme.
- Act as the main point of contact for National Reporting, contract delivering and internal flow-downs to deliver sustained business.
- Champion best-in-class project management practices and play a key role in developing the wider PM team.
What you'll bring:
To succeed in this role, you will bring a proven track record in project management and a strong ability to unite and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
Essential skills and experience include:
- Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within complex engineering or defence environments.
- Ability to lead, influence, and federate diverse cross-functional teams.
- Strong capability in generating and executing data-driven plans that deliver measurable benefits.
- Knowledge of the product and the Eurofighter landscape is advantageous but not essential.
