Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and PMP® certified Senior Project Manager with a strong foundation in project management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in executing operational plans, monitoring performance metrics, and driving process enhancements in fast paced manufacturing, recreational, and construction environments. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify inefficiencies, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support project management initiatives while preparing comprehensive reports and conducting training sessions.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Analyze project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements as necessary.
• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline project execution.
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
• Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders to enhance project management capabilities and knowledge.
• Utilize operational software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel VBA Macros, Power BI, and ERP systems, to support project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• PMP® certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel VBA Macros, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing, recreational, or construction project management.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and train junior project management staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Born and raised in Qatar, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
