Are you passionate about community, innovation, and making a real difference? We're looking for a dynamic Project Lead to drive the delivery of Citizen Coin - a platform that rewards volunteering, connects people to local businesses, and measures the social value of community action.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead the Citizen Coin project across Wakefield District, working with colleagues, partner agencies, and businesses.
• Champion volunteering as a way to develop new skills, boost confidence, tackle loneliness, improve health and wellbeing, and strengthen local services.
• Build partnerships with organisations and businesses to expand the reach and impact of Citizen Coin.
• Shape inclusive volunteering practices, ensuring everyone who wants to volunteer can do so.
• Report on outcomes and demonstrate how volunteering supports the District Plan and Corporate Plan.

You'll also:

• Develop an internal volunteer manager network.
• Expand workforce volunteering opportunities.
• Launch a Citizen Coin Ambassador programme with schools and VCSE partners.
• Contribute to communications and social media campaigns.

What we're looking for:

• A skilled project manager with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Someone adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about social impact.
