About the Role

You will join the global program team of Fleets, Premium and Taxifocussing on Fleets. Fleets have been a remarkable success story in several Uber markets, bringing scale, marketplace health, and quality improvements to our Mobility business. As Fleets are poised to become a unique source of competitive advantage, the Global team plays a critical role in building the best platform for our partners and taking Uber's value proposition to the next level.

This high-impact, high-visibility role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong business intuition and a proven ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

What the Candidate Will Do:

1. Optimize Fleet Management: Develop a deep understanding of fleet partners' P&Ls and key performance drivers to ensure sustainable success. Partner with various Ops teams to define and implement governance structures and standardized processes for fleet partner management.
2. Strategic Thinking and Execution: Prioritize markets and design scalable frameworks for fleet expansion and replication of successful models. Create global playbooks that codify best practices in fleet operations, compliance, and performance monitoring.
3. Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Work closely with Product, Tech, Policy, and Regional Ops teams to advocate for scalable solutions and influence product roadmaps. Translate operational insights into platform improvements and business impact
4. Build Scaled process: Ensure consistency in operating agreements, partner onboarding, and program design as Fleets scale across regions.Partner with BD and Corp Dev to transition newly signed fleet partnerships into operational success stories through structured onboarding and execution.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting tools that track fleet health, performance, and utilization metrics. Identify market gaps and opportunities to enhance our fleet partnerships. Present insights and recommendations to leadership, ensuring clear visibility into the global fleet landscape

What the Candidate Will Need:

1. Min 6 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Partner Management, or Business Development.
2. Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and align multiple internal/external stakeholders toward common goals, often with contending priorities.
3. Proven impact in Uber's Supply domains (eg Driver Ops, vehicle management, marketplace balance)
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actions.
5. Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders (especially Product and Tech) to influence roadmaps and translate insights into platform improvements.

\\-\\-\\-\\- Preferred Qualifications ----

1. Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to synthesize complex insights into clear, concise, and action-oriented recommendations for leadership.
2. History of contributing to global playbooks, building scalable ops processes, or influencing best-practice adoption across diverse markets.
3. Familiarity with the Fleets space, including its challenges, operational dynamics, and key characteristics.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
