Responsibilities

-Plan, coordinate, execute, and document all commissioning activities for the Firewater system.
-Serve as the single point of contact for all commissioning matters concerning the Firewater system.
-Lead the execution of functional tests, including flushing, hydrotesting, pump testing, and deluge tests.
-Ensure the Firewater system is tested, verified, and compliant with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
-Prepare and approve commissioning test procedures, check sheets, and manage system punch items.
-Coordinate closely with Mechanical Completion, Construction, Engineering, and Operations teams.
-Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to project HSE rules and safe work practices.
-Report progress, risks, and deviations, and maintain the completion management system (CMS).
-Prepare and secure approval for handover packages, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Required expertise

-Proven experience as a Commissioning Lead, specifically with Firewater systems in large-scale projects.
-In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes from mechanical completion through to system handover.
-Hands-on experience with functional testing, including flushing, hydrotesting, pump testing, and deluge tests.
-Familiarity with completion management systems (e.g., PIMS, CCMS) and related software.
-Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as NORSOK.
-Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface across multiple disciplines.
-A strong commitment to HSE, with experience in risk assessments, safe job analysis, and permit-to-work systems.
-Experience with offshore work is required.
