An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Lead to join the Enterprise Systems & Digital Strategy team within Engineering, Technology & Safety (ET&S). This team are responsible for delivering a £155m Portfolio, collaboratively with Digital and IT, to transform the way Design and Manufacturing Engineering deliver and support our products and services.

What you will be doing:
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of projects within the ET&S Digital Transformation portfolio to cost, specification and time.
  • Implement Project Management best practice in line with company processes and systems.
  • Ensure the creation and management of an integrated set of schedules, including resources/costs.
  • Provide information/data necessary to make management decisions to the key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate awareness of the how your delivery integrates into the overall strategy through identification of dependencies.
  • Provision of guidance to others regarding the Project Management processes and the operation of the project management systems/tools/capability.

Position qualifications:
  • Degree level qualification in a relevant subject preferable or equivalent industry experience.
  • Member of a professional body (APM/PMI) and working towards a formal PM qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of using PM toolsets (Primavera P6/OPC, SAP, Kanban, Risk) preferred but training will be provided.
  • Has company-wide outlook and exposure to different challenges, cultures and ways of working.
