The Role:
The Finance Project Lead will own and drive the end-to-end business implementation of a new Planning & Reporting tool, providing strategic leadership to design and implement an integrated, organisation-wide Planning & Reporting System. This role acts as the bridge between Finance, Transformation and Technology, and Business stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring that the new solution delivers improved forecasting accuracy, increased reporting efficiency, strong internal controls, and decision-support capability.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
- Qualified Accountant (including QBE) with significant experience leading FP&A or reporting transformation in a complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, reporting, forecasting, and performance management
- Proven experience owning business requirements and leading complex reporting or systems implementations
- Ability to operate credibly with senior finance leaders and influence decision-making
- Experience leading or managing Business Analysts or similar roles
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex financial needs into practical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving clarity and decisions
