In this key role, you will oversee and steer complex projects ensuring seamless delivery and strategic alignment as well as leading a team of 5 PMs. You'll work closely with stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, and project scope, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and efficiency. • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably focusing on business and process change.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills - ideally experience managing teams of 5 or 6.
• Lloyd's insurance market experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A thorough understanding of project management methodologies.
