Phenom is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Associate Project Lead . As a leader in the HR technology industry, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the way companies attract, engage, and retain top talent.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates with some project work experience and eager to begin their careers in project delivery. As an Associate Project Lead, you will contribute to meaningful projects by supporting execution, coordinating tasks, and working closely with cross-functional teams. You will be working on analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights, while gaining practical experience in project management and business operations. This role offers a strong foundation for professional growth through hands-on learning, mentorship, and active involvement in achieving key business goals.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple client implementations
• Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and technical setup
• Contribute to the management of project plans, timelines, risks, and cross-functional resources
• Deliver value-driven product demonstrations tied to client needs
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders and drive issue resolution
• Share customer feedback to influence the product roadmap

What You've Done:

• Relevant academic background or coursework in fields such as Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related areas
• Experience working in teams or leading academic projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize data effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in basic software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Agile concepts or project tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas
