Eaton's Mobility Group is seeking a Plant Project Manager for its Bosconero valves plant near Turin. The role focuses on planning and executing projects while managing budgets, resources, and financial performance. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and milestones, supporting Sales and Engineering in customer communications, providing updates to Eaton leadership, and preparing and leading APQP Gate reviews.

What you'll do:

• Lead projects from development through launch, including NPI, product changes, APQP, CAPEX, and manufacturing line optimization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and keep cross-functional teams aligned on critical paths and key milestones.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure alignment with approved business cases.
• Coordinate and lead project teams by setting priorities, resolving resource constraints, and escalating risks or issues when needed.
• Manage effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure requirements, timing, and contractual commitments are met.
• Ensure compliance with standard program management processes; lead PM reviews and deliver regular metrics and reports.
• Maintain accurate and timely project data in ProPM/ProLaunch systems.
• Hold team members accountable for deliverables and timelines.
• Provide clear program status reporting (Green/Yellow/Red), highlighting high-risk areas related to scope, cost, schedule, or technical feasibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a technical field
• 2-3 years' experience in an engineering or manufacturing organization; Combination of Program Management tasks with Engineering and/or Product Development experience

Skills:

• Good understanding of Project Management methodologies, processes and tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written
• Fluent Italian and English
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office applications including MS Project

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company.
