Responsibilities

-Provide direction and supervision during completion and commissioning activities related to platform delivery and integration.
-Assume overall responsibility for all Utility Systems throughout the project lifecycle.
-Lead the effort to ensure all completion and commissioning requirements are met safely, efficiently, and in line with project standards.
-Implement and manage the commissioning certification and handover process.
-Oversee the safe and efficient handover of plant and equipment to the asset operations team.
-Provide leadership and direction to the Commissioning Utility Team, ensuring a high focus on health, safety, and the environment.
-Contribute to the preparation of project forecasts, schedules, and cost estimates for the commissioning scope.
-Manage contractors and other resources providing services for Utility Systems Commissioning.
-Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures to ensure a smooth transition from project to operations.

Required expertise

-BSc in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
-Experience from offshore operations is considered a significant advantage.
-Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to direct and guide a technical team.
-Strong understanding of completion and commissioning processes within large-scale projects.

Location: Stord, Norway, with required offshore work

Duration: Fixed-term assignment from May 2026 to December 2027
