What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have measurable experience of running change management projects in flexibility and within framework standards and timescales.
As a Lead Project Manager you will have demonstrable experience of leading on the delivery of project milestones to achieve key objectives. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous retail journey mapping experience.
- Previous business process mapping experience.
- Worked within a multi-site retail business
- Extensive experience in delivering and successfully managing transformation change projects.
- Proven experience collaborating with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in establishing successful, cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in establishing successful, cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Desirables:
- EPOS deployment experience
- Technical knowledge of EPOS software, peripherals, hardware, API's.
