This is a fixed-term secondment opportunity for LSE internal staff only.

The Philanthropy and Global Engagement Division (PAGE) builds lifelong relationships with alumni, volunteers, donors and partners to support LSE's mission and global impact. The Alumni Engagement function is responsible for leading the School's relationships with its community of c.240,000 alumni and 6,000 volunteers.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual with expertise in alumni engagement to provide interim project management support for the implementation of the School's new alumni engagement strategy.

About the role
You will act as project manager for a number of high-profile strategic projects that will shape the future of alumni engagement at LSE. This includes:
- A review of the quality of alumni data and related processes and supporting the development of a strong data culture within the alumni engagement teams.
- An evaluation of the effectiveness of current alumni communications, analyse engagement insights, gather feedback from alumni and colleagues across the School, and use sector benchmarking to inform and strengthen future communications strategy.
- Scope opportunities offered by technology to scale and personalise our offer to alumni, now and in the future.
- Responsibility for project management of the launch of the new alumni-facing programme, working closely with colleagues across the alumni engagement teams and PAGE.
About you
- Have experience working in alumni engagement, advancement, communications, events, data or related areas.
- Be able to thrive in collaborative environments and can confidently work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Are skilled at project management and able to deliver high-quality work at pace.
- Can communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Bring strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
