Responsibilities

-Provide direction, guidance, and supervision during completion and commissioning activities for a large-scale platform.
-Assume overall responsibility for all Electrical, Instrument, and Telecom (EI&T) systems.
-Lead the implementation of completion and commissioning requirements, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and meet project standards.
-Manage the commissioning certification and handover process according to project strategy.
-Ensure the safe and efficient handover of plant and equipment to the operations team.
-Contribute to project forecasts, schedules, and cost estimates for the EI&T commissioning scope.
-Manage contractors, suppliers, and other resources providing services for EI&T systems commissioning.
-Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures to ensure a smooth transition from project to operations.

Required expertise

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
-Proven track record of engineering competency, delivery, and effective project management skills.
-Demonstrated ability to engage and lead a team of commissioning professionals.
-Familiarity with planning tools, works management systems, and document management systems.
-Experience from large-scale Norwegian continental shelf operations is highly beneficial.
-Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
-Self-motivated with a proactive and collaborative approach to challenges.
Language: English and Norwegian
Location: Stord, Norway (with required offshore mobility)

Duration: Assignment from June 2026 to June 2027
