Responsibilities

-Provide leadership and direction to the Commissioning Process Team, ensuring a high focus on health, safety, and the environment.
-Contribute to the preparation of project forecasts, schedules, and cost estimates for the commissioning scope of all Process Systems.
-Manage contractors and other resources providing services and materials for Process Systems Commissioning.
-Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures.
-Implement the commissioning certification and handover process according to project strategy.
-Ensure the safe and efficient handover of plant and equipment to the operations team.
-Witness contractor and supplier tests (e.g., FAT/SAT) as necessary.
-Provide commissioning support to the project, ensuring sufficient manning according to project needs.

Required expertise

-BSc. in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
-A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
-Proven track record of engineering competency, delivery, and effective project management skills.
-Demonstrated ability to engage and lead teams of professionals, including commissioning engineers and technicians.
-Familiarity with planning tools, works management systems, and document management systems.
-Experience from offshore operations is highly beneficial.

Location: Stord, Norway (onshore with offshore work required)
