Your new team
As HR Project Lead, you will be joining our HR department. Our HR team is the driving force behind the people in our organization. Powered by our 'Growing Together' strategy, our HR teams ensure we're fully aligned to attract, retain, and develop people to perform to the best of their abilities. Key focus areas of your role:
- Manages and coordinates the execution of multiple parallel projects and initiatives within the HR Business Services function, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Ensures end-to-end operational oversight of processes within the Hub, with a focus on standardization, efficiency, and business continuity.
- Establishes and monitors the implementation of activity plans, key phases, and deliverables through a structured project management approach.
- Provides support to management by preparing analytical insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Leads initiatives for process improvement, optimization, and automation, including priority setting and tracking execution.
- Establishes and enhances the governance and control framework, including monitoring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and contracts (DPA, BCP, SLA, etc.).
- Monitors and analyzes capacity, resource allocation, and development of required competencies to ensure optimal team performance.
- Manages the budget, tracks expenses, and ensures timely and accurate operational reporting.

The ingredients you bring
Everyone brings their unique flavor. We believe this role comes to life when you bring the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
