We have an exciting, newly created, role for a Project Lead - Product Development (Telematics), to join our growing Marketing Team here at Holman UK in a permanent full-time position. This position will be responsible for supporting the deployment of initiatives, specifically in telematics, to accelerate Holman's capabilities to support its customer base for the future. This role will focus on increasing the share of wallet, aligning our offering to the marketplace, and driving innovation to ensure we remain relevant for another 100 years.
This role will be based out of our HQ in Chippenham with the opportunity for hybrid working. The salary for this role will be £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and other Holman stakeholders to scope new product offerings in telematics that ensures alignment with strategic priorities.
- Identify and define the business needs, and new market and product opportunities.
- Engage with new suppliers to facilitate the discussion and integration of specifications and new service opportunities.
- Engage with clients and prospects to uncover needs, challenges or goals related to our service offering and ensuring fit for the future.
- Align with partners and vendors for successful system integration.
- Lead operational projects and pilot initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Create platforms and processes to engage other commercial team functions and leaders to leverage resources and expertise.
- Develop communication and engagement processes with businesses for awareness and alignment on key initiatives.
- Ensuring critical partners in other areas of the business are informed, consulted, and new processes are well documented and communicated.
- Oversee deployment of new operational processes to ensure they function as designed, making recommendations for change where necessary.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
We are looking for people who have:
- Experience within product development; ideally in telematics.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans supporting business priorities, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in leading multiple concurrent projects working within budget.
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs
- Batchelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Advanced problem solving/Critical thinking mindset.
- Competent in Project management methodology
- Collaboration skills.
- Market and developments knowledge and can detect and define the business needs and new market and product opportunities.
- A continuous improvement mind-set.
- Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication & influencing skills.
